Once the league winner is verified, the captain of the team must reach out to schedule the event within 30 days of the league championship; otherwise, the event is forfeited. This includes cancellations/reschedules… it will be considered a forfeiture of the event if it is not scheduled in time. The captain will receive a promo code to use for the booking, which must be used to book. The Promo code will change each session.
